Media and children
The website uses school-supplied photographs and videos. The school should maintain appropriate permissions for publishing identifiable learners and review media whenever circumstances change.
Future additions
If analytics, online applications, payments, accounts or a content-management platform are added, this notice should be replaced with a school-approved privacy policy describing the responsible organisation, lawful basis, retention, safeguards and contact route.
